Tube Pop ("Uygulama"), UNION COMMUNICATIONS AGENCY LIMITED tarafından yayınlanır. Uygulama hesap açmanızı istemez ve sizden ad veya e-posta gibi kişisel bilgiler toplamaz.
- Cihazdaki veriler: İlerlemeniz, jetonlarınız, ayarlarınız ve seçtiğiniz tema yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Uygulamayı silmek bu verileri de siler.
- Reklamlar: Uygulama Google AdMob reklamları gösterir. AdMob, reklam sunmak ve ölçmek için cihaz reklam kimliğini ve genel cihaz bilgilerini işleyebilir. iOS'ta izleme izni (ATT), AB/İngiltere'de rıza ekranı (UMP) gösterilir; reddederseniz kişiselleştirilmemiş reklamlar gösterilir. "Reklamsız" paketiyle banner ve geçiş reklamları kalkar.
- Satın almalar: Uygulama içi satın almalar App Store / Google Play tarafından işlenir ve RevenueCat ile doğrulanır; ödeme bilgilerinize erişmeyiz.
- Analitik ve çökme raporları: Google Firebase Analytics anonim oyun olaylarını (seviye başlatma/tamamlama, reklam izleme gibi), Firebase Crashlytics çökme raporlarını toplar. Bu veriler adınızla ilişkilendirilmez.
Bildirimler: Ödülünüz hazır olduğunda haber vermek için bildirim izni istenebilir. Bildirimler cihazınızda planlanır; bunun için sunucuya veri gönderilmez.
Verilerin silinmesi: Oyun verileri cihazınızdadır ve uygulamayı silince kaybolur. Analitik verilerinin silinmesini info@ucomagency.com adresine yazarak isteyebilirsiniz.
Çocuklar: Uygulama 13 yaş altını hedeflemez ve bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamaz.
Üçüncü taraflar: Google (AdMob, Firebase, Google Play), Apple (App Store) ve RevenueCat'in kendi gizlilik politikaları geçerlidir.

Tube Pop (the "App") is published by UNION COMMUNICATIONS AGENCY LIMITED. The App does not require an account and does not collect personal information such as your name or e-mail address.
- On-device data: Your progress, coins, settings and chosen theme are stored only on your device. Deleting the App deletes them too.
- Advertising: The App shows Google AdMob ads. AdMob may process the device advertising identifier and general device information to serve and measure ads. On iOS the tracking prompt (ATT) is shown, and in the EU/UK a consent form (UMP); if you decline, non-personalized ads are served. The "No Ads" pack removes banner and interstitial ads.
- Purchases: In-app purchases are handled by the App Store / Google Play and verified through RevenueCat; we never see your payment details.
- Analytics and crash reports: Google Firebase Analytics collects anonymous gameplay events (such as level started/completed, ad watched) and Firebase Crashlytics collects crash reports. This data is not linked to your name.
Notifications: The App may ask for notification permission to tell you when your reward is ready. Notifications are scheduled on the device; no data is sent to a server for them.
Deleting your data: Game data lives on your device and is removed when you delete the App. To have analytics data deleted, write to info@ucomagency.com.
Children: The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
Third parties: The privacy policies of Google (AdMob, Firebase, Google Play), Apple (App Store) and RevenueCat apply to their services.
